SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping to the below countries when the order exceeds the amounts listed below:

HONG KONG: HKD $600

MACAU:  MOP $800

TAIWAN: NT $4000

Please note that our orders are fulfilled on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, customers will be liable for any local sale taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for full-priced orders for local orders in Hong Kong.

To exchange any item, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

  • Exchanges must be made within the 7 days of delivery.
  • The returned item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • The returned item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Item(s) purchased with a discount, markdowns or other seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs.
  • Customers will be responsible for the shipping of the purchased item(s) to our address.

If the item meets all of these conditions, we will process your exchange as soon as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please also note that we currently do not provide any international returns and exchange. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@theninetysclub.com.

 

台灣訂單

  • 所有台灣訂單均以順豐速運寄出，客人可選擇順便智能櫃/順豐服務中心/順豐站取件，或派送到住宅或工商地址。所有訂單運費將由客人支付。如客人選擇順便智能櫃/順豐服務中心/順豐站取件，請在地址欄填寫順便智能櫃/順豐服務中心/順豐站編號。一律寄去台灣的郵件都必須以實名身份進行報關，所以客人需要提供台灣本地身份證/護照/台灣本地居留證號碼，請依以下指示在《訂單備註》提供個人資料。所有個人資料會在訂單完成後刪除，並不會外洩。
